We know health and safety can be difficult and challenging, so we have used our technical know how and communication skills to develop an easy to usnderstand and practical approach. Don't worry about having to read loads if books or academic papers...you can watch or listen to presentations.

Course content

Effective health and safety is all about a team working together for the common goal of not having incidents and injuries, but this is not an overnight task. So, we start the Safety Journey with a few steps to do with teamwork, communication and leadership. Everyone needs to know this...no matter what your role is.

Then we start to look at this thing called risk management. We break it down into manageable and logical steps, using easy to understand language and case studies to illustrate what you actually have to do.

The learning materials are available in two formats:
Online: You and your team can register and start the Safety Journey straight away, and progress through the learning materials at your own pace. There are 6 courses to choose from. Just choose the one which is most suitable for your role. If you are not sure, try the "General for All Employees" as it has information for everyone. You have 2 months to complete the course.

Licences: We have a series of licences which enable you to deliver the materials to your own organisation or to your clients. The licences simply reduce the cost per participant, and enable you to deliver the materials yourself. Participants who want the complete letter can access the online materials. We provide a series of slides, speakers notes, assessments and mapping to a series of Units of Competency. We can also create a customised series of courses, for example incorporating your logo and risk management procedures.
